Jay Hibert was in the commercial banking industry for 25 years. In 2009 he left the turbulent industry of banking and co-founded Market Financial Solutions, a commercial Real Estate lending company. For over 10 years, Market Street Financial Solutions served it's clients by providing creative financing solutions for commercial real estate loans. In addition to providing commercial real estate loans, Jay began his career in expert witness work for cases involving banking and Real Estate. Now over a decade later, Jay is still an active lender and expert witness with James Hibert Real Estate Expert. His market knowledge and transactional experience has allowed him to work in a consulting and expert capacity for many clients over the years. He has transacted hundreds of real estate and non-real estate loan negations in time of economic growth as well as downturns in the economy.

Jay is a native San Diegan and a graduate of Point Loma High School and Pomona College. His community involvement includes coaching discus and hammer throwers. Meghan Hibert, Director of Marketing and Consultant

Meghan Hibert was in the commercial banking industry for over 15 years. In 2001 she was on the founding team of a local San Diego Business Bank. As a member of the formation team, Meghan had the rare opportunity of working behind the scenes during the bank’s start-up phase. It was here that she gained her experience in starting a business and found her love for being an entrepreneur.

In 2009 Meghan launched the Expert Witness services platform for partner and now husband James Hibert. Her love of marketing and aptitude for the operations side of a business has made Meghan a valuable member of the team. Her organizational skills and background in banking and finance has given her the experience she needs to act in a consulting role for companies in need of operations and accounting assistance.

Meghan has lived in San Diego since 1997. Her community involvement includes financial training classes for underprivileged/battered women. In 2006 she was named one of San Diego’s Top 40 under 40 award recipients by the San Diego Metropolitan Magazine.
